Baked Egg Rolls


  • celery, finely chopped
  • carrots, shredded
  • cabbage, shredded
  • onion, finely chopped
  • ginger, minced
  • garlic, minced
  • ground turkey
  • eggroll wrappers
  • sesame oil
  • soy sauce
Preheat oven to 425.  Cook filling, add soy sauce to taste and chill for 15 minutes.  Assemble egg rolls.   Brush with sesame oil and soy sauce.  Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
