- yeast: packet or 2.25t
- sugar: 1t
- warm water: 1c
- flour: 2.5c
- olive oil: 2T
- salt: dash
Preheat oven to 450. Combine yeast, sugar and water and let sit for ten minutes. Add 1 cup of flour (white or whole wheat), oil and salt and stir until smooth. Add second cup of flour (with extra as needed) and knead until smooth. Let rest for five minutes. Spread in pizza pan, add toppings and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
